A hint for beginners: Don’t use Nexus Mod Manager or Vortex to install this mod/fix. It contains the latest updated TES: Construction Set version from the english Game Of The Year (v). This mod now works with the official Bloodmoon extension, and the Tribunal one too. Today, it is used by players to create mods. The Construction Set was also used for the creation of Morrowind’s DLCs, The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal and The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon, as well as it’s official plug-ins. The Morrowind Construction set was used to create and edit almost all aspects of the game, including dialogue, characters.
